Lori has been doing my hair since I was a teenager, she is amazing! The only person I trust to touch my hair. She is so amazing, I absolutely adore her!!
All I can say is: you can tell when they’re too comfortable with their customers when they don’t treat them well anymore.

I called here to make an appointment and a young lady said she would have the manager call me back to set something up. Then she said, "the girl I was going to give you" would call me back in 15 minutes. I never received a call back from anybody.
