Home build is good. The landscaper that they force on you is horrible. 80% of my landscaping is dead (10 months) and he is a nasty , misogynistic, cheap, horrible person. Whatever you do do not...I repeat do not use their landscaper!!!!!!!!!
Promised our addition would take less that 3 months. It took over 7 months after taking away the final painting and wood floor work from him. He's also a cheat using his experience to take financial advantage of his customer. He tried to double charge us for about $15,000 of work we'd already paid for! The quality of the work was good and bad. Installed flat ceiling recessed lighting on a cathedral ceiling. He had his carpenter do the gutter work instead of an experienced gutter professional.
