It pains me to do this, but poor customer service begets poor reviews. I will preface this by saying I have only been to this detail shop (for service) once before. The first time, they did a phenomenal job detailing my son‘s vehicle that we’d purchased from a private seller with extensive cigarette smoke smells in the interior.
