Called for a quote he was rude and short answered. I thought it was because he couldn't hear me because it was loud music in the background , so I hung up and called back , hopefully thinking that he would walk somewhere a little bit quieter , but he didn't. It's really not that hard to make a good first impression when you run a business just be professional or get a receptionist or someone who could be more polite than whoever answers your phone now.
It pains me to do this, but poor customer service begets poor reviews. I will preface this by saying I have only been to this detail shop (for service) once before. The first time, they did a phenomenal job detailing my son‘s vehicle that we’d purchased from a private seller with extensive cigarette smoke smells in the interior. Fast-forward to today, I pulled in to ask about detailing my vehicle because there was olive oil that it spilled in my passenger seat and floor.
