She is very unprofessional. When she had to cancel on my sons haircut and perm because her dad was very sick and in the hospital I agreed and told her to just let us know when she was available but then I had a double back surgery and I was 5 mins late she canceled on my sons haircut then later to tell us that we would have to find another beautician because she said my texts sounded rude when I was only asking her a question as to when she could later get my son in. I have been going to Tonia for the past 5 years and she is amazing. She is the only one who has ever cut my bangs to my liking, and she is super flexible and accommodating. I trust her completely with my hair, as well as my 3 daughter's hair.

Tanya has been my stylist for years and I made the mistake of going to someone else. I was very unhappy with the outcome, so I called Tanya and being the sweet person she is, she scheduled me in, and boy I tell you if there were more stars, she'd be getting them. She did an amazing job with what she had to work with..
