The staff at Encanto especially the case manager Brittany were outstanding! Diane and Evette were great counselors and teachers. I felt blessed to have them!
Must say that the boss man Martin W. Is most down to earth man . He was able to help me get what need to be done on my behalf. Great advocate. Diane and Shawna, are amazing. Yvette has great structure which was needed in facility. Tim cool dude. Jessica the nurse was awesome. Randy the nurse made me feel like home. They help me get through one of the most difficult times in my life. Thanks for your understanding and support…Encanto house
If you need help in this area try IVRS. This place is a joke
I had a great experience here.All staff was friendly and supportive at the Encanto facility. My case manager Brittany was easy to talk to and gave me lots of advise and helped me get thru learning copping skills and a new way to live . I would recommend this place New Creation’s.
