I came in for a gel manicure. At first I was greeted and the first lady took my old gel off, when I was handed off to the next person for the actual manicure - super weird, clients should not be helped by multiple techs. Tables were not wiped before each new customer and and they did not change and bring new clean sanitized instruments (!!!) - be aware! This is basic safety. All my nail reviews are usually upbeat, but sadly this wasn’t the case here. When I called, I said I had gel nails to remove and wanted them buffed. I was quoted $15–20 and told to come in right away, so I did. At the salon, I asked them not to use the drill because I don’t like it, but they said I had no choice. The drill was used anyway. Then I was handed off to a second girl, didn’t really need two employees for gel removal… In the end, I was charged $30 instead of the quoted price. The new owner Jenny is absolutely amazing. She and the rest of the staff took their time and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I loved my nails ( mani and pedi). I couldn’t recommend this place anymore !!!!!
