Mr. Joe Lucas is a godsend. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had working heat again before our vacation. It sucks sleeping in a 48 degree house with no heat! We initially had a different company come out on two separate occasions (and they couldn't figure the issue out!). So I found this company.
