Outstanding service as always. Bryson did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He was quick and did a great job removing all the stains. He was very friendly and clearly experienced in carpet cleaning. We will definitely keep using New Country Carpet Cleaners for our yearly carpet maintenance. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. The person I spoke to over the phone made promises that weren’t kept. I clearly stated that I wasn’t going to home and that they could pick up the rug from inside the garage, through an open side door. They agreed to this arrangement. The next day, I received 3 different phone calls in a 4 min period asking why I wasn’t home for the tech to pick up the rug. Trenton did a fantastic job and gave us excellent carpet cleaning service! We needed help cleaning our carpets when moving out of our rental in Alexandria. After a quick phone call, we got a fair quote and easily set up the appointment. Trenton arrived a little early and got straight to work.
