From my first call with the carpet cleaning company, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The team was upfront about pricing, very courteous, and their rates were fair. They fixed a bleach stain on our carpet using a special dye, and the color matched almost perfectly—now you can't even tell there was ever a stain. i have to say i called new country carpet cleaners on a sunday and trenton was here within the hour. my main line had problems and water backed up into my downstairs bathroom, so the carpet got wet. even though another company dried the carpet that night, i noticed the smell after being gone all day. i knew the first company wouldn’t come out on a sunday, so i called several places. trenton explained he would treat the carpet padding for germs because dirty water had touched it. he did an excellent job and took care of my ho... read more
Outstanding service as always. Bryson did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He was quick and did a great job removing all the stains. He was very friendly and clearly experienced in carpet cleaning. We will definitely keep using New Country Carpet Cleaners for our yearly carpet maintenance. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. The person I spoke to over the phone made promises that weren’t kept. I clearly stated that I wasn’t going to home and that they could pick up the rug from inside the garage, through an open side door. They agreed to this arrangement. The next day, I received 3 different phone calls in a 4 min period asking why I wasn’t home for the tech to pick up the rug. Trenton did a fantastic job and gave us excellent carpet cleaning service! We needed help cleaning our carpets when moving out of our rental in Alexandria.
