Colby arrived a little early and called first to make sure that was okay. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work. He worked hard on our carpet cleaning, removed several stains we honestly did not think would come out, and also did a great job cleaning our sofa. They arrived on time, and Jaden was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. My carpet looks much cleaner and fresher, especially in the pet stain areas, and the overall carpet cleaning results were very good. There was some confusion at the start about which carpet cleaning package I had scheduled, so it would help if the appointment confirmation clearly listed the exact service selected instead of only the appointment time.
