Hi, I agreed with the review below of Johnny.rebel.35. Your reviews is useful for everyone. Lorie, the agent of New Concept Management (Monroe and Sultan),WA was not nice, cheated everyway she could do from the Agreements. I am a landlord and let her be my agent between Tenants and me(Landlord), her Agreements were tricked with many places . She never checked the tenants' credit Check before move-in but she lied and collect every fee $35 (Credit Check of Tenant), she deducted every cost such as Late Fee from Tenants to herse... read more
Stay as far away as you can. The owner (Lorie) is not trustworthy and breaks legal agreememts. Small claims courts (Evergreen District) has ruled against her and she still refuses to pay. If you don't trust this review please take a moment to research the courts in Snohomish County Evergreen District Courts to confirm this yourself. Long story short she allowed pets in my rental when the contract clearly states no pets.
