They are great I have had them do multiple jobs. They have the best price and product out there.
I’m very disappointed with this company. We just had our shower remodeled and we were very excited to finish the last touches and put in the Euro style glass. Unfortunately, the installers cracked two pieces of tile upon install. I tried contacting the company via phone and email multiple times and when they finally got back to me, they stated that it couldn’t have been their installers. Our tile was brand new and had no cracks in it whatsoever. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Love our new European frameless shower door glass. Looks great! New Concepts Glass Design was very professional and price was less than expected. Everything went better than good, so I'd recommend them to anyone looking for quality shower glass doors. See the shower glass pic.
New Concepts came through when a custom shower enclosure needed to be done quickly. Other places were weeks out. They got it done in a week. It looks great!! Nice job to Kim and everyone who was involved in this small but important project.
