New Concepts replaced my pool cage after Hurricane Ian. Ty and his crew were professional and on schedule with good communication. They measured the pool area precisely and pre made all of the panels. When they arrived with everything, it was like a finely orchestrated assembly. I opted for two Clear View panels. What a wonderful experience we had with New Concepts. DEBBY tore a panel on my Lanai Cage. New Concept was able to fit me in the same week. I appreciate them addressing my issue although I’m sure they considered it a small job. But to the customer it’s a big and urgent job. The crew that came out was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed and pleased with the work they did.
