New Concept Sleep is a 5 star operation. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. The office is run efficiently and professionally. Dr. Yatros and his team take the time to walk you through the process and, more importantly, manage your expectations.
I am a lucky lady, I was at my Ear Dr's, when told me about New Concept sleep, he gave me the brochure when I was leaving..My first visit with Dr Yatros and Kayla was wonderful and very encouraging , My journey has been fantastic i've always wanted to try the dental appliance, so thrilled I did! !!!
Everything about my experience in getting a new sleep device exceeded my expectations. From the referral to a sleep specialist doctor, explaining the process, financial discussion, measurements, fittings and follow-ups, all phases were professionally and expertly handled.
The staff at New Concept Sleep was very helpful! I love having a dental device for my sleep apnea, rather than using an annoying CPAP machine or an invasive implant. I recommend New Concept Sleep highly!
I hated the C-Pap machine! So good to find a different approach to my sleep apnea suggested by Dr Yatros. My sleep has improved dramatically. Thank you!
