The Doctor and staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My mouthpiece arrived on time and the technician adjusted to fit my mouth properly. The Doctor indicated a 84% success rate helping sleep apnea, after 5 weeks wearing the device and experimenting with various adjustments and monitoring, I have experienced no improvement to my insomnia and sleep apnea symptoms, I still wake up every 1-1 1/2 hours. Overall very disappointed in the time spent with no results.

The team here was awesome. Never did i feel like just another #. The device has helped me tremendously and would highly recommend to anyone who has sleep apnea. The mask was too restricting and it was not an option. I am now enjoying some wonderful sleep! Thank you!
I'm very happy that my mouth piece has improved my sleep apnea significantly. Everyone at New Concept Sleep have been very professional and clear on instructions. If Cpap doesn't work for you I highly recommend New Concept Sleep.
