Last night for the first time in 10 years I didn’t snore. I can’t say enough good things about the mouth guard and new concept sleep. I tried everything: cpap sucked. Nose pieces, tongue sucker thing that pulls tongue out, nose strips, lost 20 lbs, stopped drinking, got deviated septum surgery. For the record, stopping drinking helped a lot and so did losing weight. This is the only thing that solved it completely and it’s way more comfortable than cpap and tongue thing. I was one of those people that thought I was sleeping but always woke up tired. I could lay down for a nap and pass out within 2 minutes because I wasn’t getting sleep.
