Wow!! Called New Comfort when our A/C went out on the first 95+ day on a Saturday and Perfect Home agreed to come only to call 2 hours later to say the couldn’t come until Monday. Yikes!! Called New Comfort and they came out same day and took care of the problem within an hour. Very reasonable charge. Professional - efficient - reasonable and friendly - couldn’t ask for better service.
They were able to see us very quickly on the same day that we called for an issue with our AC. Very nice to work with, upfront about pricing, and the total cost was very reasonable! Highly recommended and will be our first call for any other hvac issues.
The New Comfort team did an excellent job trouble shooting my HVAC issues. They were both professional and cost conscious. I highly recommend New Comfort to anyone in the area needing any type of HVAC work/consultation.
