I should have written this review almost 2 years ago! From the start, NewCNC treated me like a person and not a number. Their customer service is superior, they truly stand behind their products, and their machines have made a massive impact in my company and our offerings. Purchased a CNC and had a trainer (Reid) come down to our shop for a week to help us set up. Great and very informative experience. Reid was extremely helpful and patient with us the entire week. He helped us set up the CNC, put data in for Mozaik, and taught us some Vcarve. We also had help from Lee when we had some issues setting up Mozaik tooling. Overall - good people to work with and great experience!

I started my shop in my garage and got my first CNC router (a high-end desktop machine 30"x41") in 2021... it was what fit. But when we moved into our commercial space I started researching industrial CNCs. I've looked at Biesse, Homag, Anderson... and NewCNC. Upon searching for a CNC for my shop, I come upon New CNC company by being referred to them by a shop owner that owned a Shop Sabre brand CNC, I was looking at the Shop Sabre brand CNC and I brought a used wide belt sander from another shop owner and he told me I should look at the New CNC brand.
