Had a heart pump installed by New Clean Energy. I can report that the service received from the company has been excellent and responsive. I would also like to express my thanks to David Hayman who was the contact. He was always on hand to answer questions and I recommend him completely.
Wow! What a brilliant service. I used New Clean Energy to fit an air sourced heat pump system to replace my oil fired boiler and provide heating and hot water. Everything went very smoothly and I now have an ecological, good value system. Everything that was explained to me at the initial discussion came true and I am so grateful to the installation team who came to our house and fitted everything so well, with minimal disruption. It was a big job that went very well. I am very happy to recommend this company.
Like Hilary, I had the same experience in 2020. I am still in dispute. The system installed was not what I was expecting. It has since failed twice in under 2 years. The first time in November 2020 for 27 days, the second time in November this year for 17 days. This company just sub contracts to installers. the installers were unable to repair the system on both occasions. The running costs are exceptionally high. Excellent service , great price . David went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Customer service was brilliant. The air source heat pump is really good. Lovely warm house now and it's very quiet outside, doesn't cause too much noise. Plummers/engineers who fitted the system were extremely skilled and knowledgeable and completed the work to a high standard in good time. The air sourced heat pump has been installed for over 3 months now and I am very happy to report it has been excellent. Plenty of hot water. Heating is excellent. And my electric bills havent gone up at all. Not buying oil has saved me a small fortune. The company was excellent. David and his team worked really hard and fitted it in less than two days and they changed all the radiators for new ones as well. Great price as well. Had lots of quotes but they were the cheapest when you include all the radiators.
