I’m a current lease holder and I can say they don’t care about there tenants. Ive contacted maintenance many times now and they don’t get anything done. The maintenance line people are rude and don’t do any job really they just sit around and read a script. My power has been off now for 14 hrs and still no one to turn it back on
I don’t agree with the way I was treated with the management company. But, the custodian pares has helped me every time I called him. He’s kind and polite to me. I no longer live at their property. I had an issue with my light bill and of course he answered the phone and helped me. I want to thank you pares for being a great human being.
My experience with Dana was rocky from the start. She automatically discriminated against me because I had a subsidy and a unit advertised within my price range, but she wasn’t open to even showing me the unit. - We decided to look at other units, but Dana had a lot going on and didn’t follow through until she was free, so I continued to search on my own.
