very unprofessional landlord! lol trust that nothing you ask for will be fixed get fixed! don't waste your hard earned money on a shrug followed by "there's nothing I can do to solve that".
Building is NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, INHABITABLE, and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE RISING RENT PRICES!!!! Christopher Battle is an incompetent and unprofessional employee that does absolutely nothing to help the tenants in the building. If I could give zero stars, I would. After living there for five years, this has been the worst building to live in. The price of the rent when it keeps going up, but none of the money that we’re paying extra for goes into the building or it’s repairs. The money you’re paying does not give you access to all of the things you’re paying for Simply because they do not work. The building never has had everything working all at once. Absolutely horrible management. Extremely unprofessional. The worker Christopher Battle is even worse. Doesn’t care about their tenants at all.
