Grate customer experience from all staff couldn’t ask for more
This was my first time purchasing a motorbike, when I took a browse, staff seemed to come across helpful, but not pushy and let me look around at my own will. Couple of months on, I went for my first purchase and the service has been great. I actually enquired on a bike, and unfortunately I was too late to view it, as it had sold. Absolutely blown away by the service. They have a great selection of bikes and the aftersales is brilliant, they genuinely seem to care that your happy with your new bike. I had a call from them a week after I had the bike delivered I mentioned a small issue in passing really and they didn't hesitate to make it right. It's 2hrs from me but it will be my first port of call next time.
Excellent service, and couldn't more be more pleased with how smooth the transaction went with my Honda Cross Tourer. Very helpful, a pleasure to deal with.
