I purchased recently a Kawa w800 from them - start to finish 5* experience. Ben and team were at hand to answer all the questions and provided 1-1 service which can be lacking now a days. My my MOT was taking longer because they were busy, they gave discount on a accessories which I wanted to buy. My bike was also fitted with new bridgestones, new chain and polished before i picked up! all in all 5* experience - i will come back
