From going in and taking a look at different bikes, to having a bike delivered, we dealt with Ben, who was extremely helpful. Everything completed smoothly. Delivery driver communicated to let us know when he was going to get to us to make sure we weren't waiting in all day. Overall, very pleased from start to finish. Definitely recommend.
