We are very pleased with the work performed by this company! Our air conditioner had gone out in the middle of a week long heatwave. I called New City for help, they came out the following morning. Blaine went through our system, found the issue and repaired it. He went above and beyond by also cleaning out the outside unit that was extremely dirty. He was very pleasant to work with and the price was right. I would highly recommend this company!.
Owner is an unabashed terrible driver. Cut me off in traffic today. Thanks for giving me a reason not to use your services while I build my house!
It took them three tries to get it right. I do not recommend these amateurs.
I’m sorry I would not recommend new city mechanical their employees are rude. They cut you off when you try to speak and aren’t very helpful very pretentious and not very caring about what their customers think.
