I’m sorry I would not recommend new city mechanical their employees are rude. They cut you off when you try to speak and aren’t very helpful very pretentious and not very caring about what their customers think.

I have had a great experience with this company! They handled all of the ventilation, heating, and cooling for our new construction home. As with any new build, issues can arise, but they have been very reliable in honoring their warranty and returning to fix problems, even when another contractor was at fault. I primarily worked with Andrew, who has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
The person who drives the white Ford will tailgate others for miles and drive erratically. Poor representation of the business.
