I’ve been going to New City Halsted for over a year now and I am very pleased with both the pharmacy and all the staff! Everyone is very friendly and helpful and if a medication is not available they are proactive in their communication. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you all!
There were instances when one of my medicines was not available; however, the team managed to have it delivered the following day and they informed me once they had received it. The communication they provided helped make the whole experience smooth.
