I am part of a project team that has been working with New City contracting for a little more than a year. I have found the company to be very reasonable and responsive. Our project is an extensive envelope renovation of our building. It included windows, doors and siding. I found the employees of New City to be very courteous and understanding of issues that came up while the project has been in progress. I would certainly recommend New City to any other housing, cooperative or strata for major projects.
Rob, Vasile, Chris and their teams have been working on our coop for more than a year now and the results look amazing. They've been working hard, dealing with a lot of people and fixing everything that needed to be fixed. Everyone who has been working on our coop was very professional and nice. Big shout out to Rob and Vasile, for their kindness, sense of humor and patience.
The guys at NCC worked quickly and finished the project under the estimated completion date. The expertise of Chris and crew is exceptional. They are very personable and have a great sense of humour. The true boss of the operation is Gord the fluffy foreman who loved to check in with residents and give sloppy kisses whenever possible.
