Hello Everyone, so let me start my review with accidentally finding this place. I was driving on 88 and saw new choice showroom that's where I met Eric first time. I had my Quartz price somewhere else. So I just wanted to take second quote and everything started from that point. They had outbid my stone from same manufacturer than Youngstown Granite. First time I came across New choice they were subbed by a contractor I was using. They did a great job installing my granite counter tops and it looked amazing. I purchased a new home 2 hours away from the nearest new choice location. I thought that they were too far to help, I went to a local designer for my kitchen remodel and was severely disappointed. PLEASE RENAME YOUR BUSINESS - "BAD CHOICE" - poor design's incompetent staff, and delays, delays, no answers... and little no understanding in what a functional kitchen design is. If you cook, or understand how a kitchen should function - stay away. We got boxes for cabinets after providing requirements, installers used our backyard as their bathroom, leaving a mess of materials and scape - after the "quality install". Currently we have half a kitchen, with empty promises and unanswered calls...

From start to finish everyone I dealt with was kind & professional. Ashley worked with me on color and stone choices, she provided samples to take home to see how they looked in my light. The team that installed were excellent, they managed to get my old granite counters out without breaking them, or the glass tile I have as a backsplash. I picked a new quartz color-Bohemian Flame, and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend.

Completely satisfied with the design and installation of cabinets and countertops for the kitchen and laundry rooms. Ashley was terrific. Great products and workmanship at fair pricing. 5 stars!
