10 out of five stars for Captain Dawn And her crew. She was a godsend. Kind, knowledgeable, responsive, gave great guidance. I spoke to at least 10 captains before her but within minutes I knew she was the right choice. My parents wanted to have their ashes put in the Gulfstream and she knew exactly what to do. I had a truly meaningful experience with New Choice Burials during a very emotional time. Captains Dawn, Capt Adam, Capt James and Capt Mike are absolutely amazing. From the moment we first contacted New Choice Burials regarding my grandmother, Captain Dawn was incredibly compassionate, patient, and professional. She answered all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and showed nothing but kindness to us during such a difficult time. Knowing my grandmother was laid to rest in such a peaceful and respectful way means so much to us. It brought us a lot of comfort knowing she was in such caring hands. I no longer live in the Dade/Broward area and had to arrange for the scattering of my friend's remains there. Dawn did it all! She helped coordinate with the funeral home; picked up my friend's ashes; scattered them in the ocean; took photos and sent me the documents - all in a timely, professional manner. Capt. Dawn provided us a wonderful and professional service. I was in a quandry as I live in Virginia and my sister had lived and wanted her cremains spread in Florida. Capt. Dawn came to the rescue. On a trip to Miami we met her and she handled everything for us. I could not have asked for more.
