Terrible customer service! I went in a few weeks ago and ordered general chicken. When the order came up they gave me chicken with the sauce on the side and told me to put it on myself . When I told them I didn’t want it and asked for a refund they said no. They took the chicken to the back through the sauce on it and gave it back. It was terrible I would not recommend this place to anyone. I spent 40$ and hated the food
I ordered on their website so it would be ready when I got there. When I arrived, they hadn't even started my order. I had to wait 15 more minutes!
First time we were going to try them and told No pick up/take out available, terrible for a restaurant to not offer take out. Scratch them off our list of restaurants we will frequent now we have moved here.

When I came to pick up my carry out order, I provided my name and information. I was then told that I could not have my food unless I tipped. I was confused as I had already tipped online. I tried to explain to the woman helping me that I had paid and tipped already online and she said I still owed her tip money and she would not give me my food.
