Never again. I used to eat here at least once a month. But today got served the worst food I have ever been served at any restaurant. Orange chicken was burnt but served with uncooked carrots. Crab cheese were burnt as well as the egg roll. The sweet and sour pork was overcooked or sat around for hours under a heat lamp. The Mongolian beef tasted of nothing but vinegar and rotten meat. I could not be more disappointed.
INEDIBLE. AVOID. The sauces were bland and broken. The food was not cooked fresh. I HAD TO ADD SALT AND GARLIC POWDER to taste anything. Finally we gave up and tossed it. It was four entrees soup noodles Krabi cheese dumplings and spring roll. $83 in my garbage. Better off snagging a pf changs from Kroger. Probably safer, honestly. Zero stars. AVOID.
Terrible customer service! I went in a few weeks ago and ordered general chicken. When the order came up they gave me chicken with the sauce on the side and told me to put it on myself . When I told them I didn’t want it and asked for a refund they said no. They took the chicken to the back through the sauce on it and gave it back. It was terrible I would not recommend this place to anyone. I spent 40$ and hated the food
I ordered on their website so it would be ready when I got there. When I arrived, they hadn't even started my order. I had to wait 15 more minutes!
First time we were going to try them and told No pick up/take out available, terrible for a restaurant to not offer take out. Scratch them off our list of restaurants we will frequent now we have moved here.
