RecommendedWhen I was a child in the 70’s this place was my families favorite. I’ve returned a few times over the years. A friend recently said you closed. You have great egg rolls. My only complaint would be the bathrooms and doors needed to be cleaned and wiped off. I remember Joe from the old days and he wouldn’t be happy to see how dirty and disgusting it was.
The food is always good and the prices are reasonable.
Worst food in Skokie. I would not feed this to my worst enemy. Food took almost two hours to come, came cold. Half of the order didn't come. BBQ pork appetizer was so hard and black I could not cut it with a knife. Sweet and sour chicken was tiny bite sized four pieces in red sauce, no pineapple or veggies. Really unhelpful over the phone. Manager doesn't speak English? Who gets the business licence and inspections done then. Charged me and sent me garbage. Beware and Never Eat Here!
We've tried others.... but nobody can touch them...the best...my family has enjoyed it for over 25 years!
big portions The location doesn't look promising, but the food is good and cheap and they give you big portions. The eggrolls, potstickers are good. and the beef chow fun and mongolian beef are safe bets.
