Ordered chow Mein gave me onion soup had basic description of there food so I looked it up online to confirm what I was ordering clearly doesn’t match the information I found, when brought to there attention the woman answering the phone hung up on me . Glad to see customer service still exist.... she should be fired all she did was laugh at us and hang up. Do not go to this place off capital. Customer service is awful

Good was ok. Don't order from them using bringmethat.com. they will mass up your order, CHARGE you extra and all that do is place your order! Call china express directly to order! China express will CHARGE you extra to fix your order placed from a third party.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! Two items forgotten on my delivery and he refused to fix the issue and hung up on me. Seriously who does that????

Do not patronize this business! This business is discriminative in its practices. A friend of mine was threatened with physical harm by a worker here after she inquired about menu pricing. The worker then called the police after her nearly assaulted her. Do not give them your money!
They have great food! Usually don't have a problem with them but recently tried to order with coupons that they distributed and they denied ever distributing them and were very rude about it, basically said don't bother ordering...
