I consider myself a Chinese/asian cuisine connoisseur and while this place has great options, there’s a few things I’d never order again that are typically favorites elsewhere. I have been delivering Door Dash for years and I have done quite a few deliveries from New China. My favorite Chinese restaurant closed about 9 months ago so I have been searching for a go to Chinese restaurant. So a few of my Door Dash customers told me they love New China. IGNORE any negative reviews on here! This place serves the BEST Chinese food in the entire area! Took me a long time to find delicious Chinese food in Cincinnati like we used to get out West. I've ordered delivery several times now and it has always been absolutely delicious and perfect. The portions are huge and always arrive hot. Highly recommend them!
I visited this new family-owned spot yesterday, and unfortunately, it will be a one-time trip for me. The service was quite frustrating; I ordered the green peppers with onion, but the woman at the counter struggled to understand me even after I repeated myself three times. Because of the communication barrier, they never asked if I wanted to dine in or take out and just assumed it was to-go.
