I ordered 5 combos this evening. Every single one went in the trash. I Ordered chicken and broccoli and when I opened it the odor was horrible. Took one bite of broccoli and it was so sour. All our egg rolls were so greasy and stale. The 2 orders of sweet and sour chicken were so hard it was like it was refried to make it hot, but was so tough you couldn’t bite into it. I am VERY SHOCKED on how old and dry most of the food in the buffet section was today! How can they serve this to people. Most of it must have been here since lunch time. It is now 6:30pm. Some foods were mixed with other ones in the same container. Where’s the concern for food safety and cross contamination?!?!? Does Alexander City not have food inspectors???? Also half of the light fixtures were “off”. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!
Chicken was overcooked to the point of dry, stringy, and tuff. Fried rice was good though.
Wife and I stopped by on a Saturday and the food was pretty fresh. Buffet could have been a little bigger but for the price its a solid lunch spot.
