I hired this company for brick pointing and a crown coating. The crown coating had to be redone because the contractor used Geocel roof patch on the first application instead of CrownSafe, which is the correct elastomeric chimney crown product. Jose the owner told me CrownSafe was on backorder, but the manufacturer confirmed it was readily available. We hired new chimney sweep to point our brick chimney, and install a new chimney cap. The project went well, however a couple months after the work was complete, a windstorm blew the chimney cap off and crashed to the ground. Definitely a safety issue. We called and left several messages asking for a call back and to reinstall the cap. We’ve never received a return call. It’s a five minute job for someone that has a ladder tall enough to reach it. Completely unacceptable customer service and failure to standby their work.

Jose and team were fantastic to work with and did a great job re-stuccoing my chimney. They were prompt, friendly, and reasonable with price. They were also incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, making everything easy. I would love to work with them again.

We had a new chimney liner, and a wood burning stove insert replaced. Jose and team did a great job. We are very happy with the results and work that was done. Fair price.
