We hired new chimney sweep to point our brick chimney, and install a new chimney cap. The project went well, however a couple months after the work was complete, a windstorm blew the chimney cap off and crashed to the ground. Definitely a safety issue. We called and left several messages asking for a call back and to reinstall the cap. We’ve never received a return call. It’s a five minute job for someone that has a ladder tall enough to reach it. Completely unacceptable customer service and failure to standby their work.
Jose and team were fantastic to work with and did a great job re-stuccoing my chimney. They were prompt, friendly, and reasonable with price. They were also incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, making everything easy. I would love to work with them again.
We had a new chimney liner, and a wood burning stove insert replaced. Jose and team did a great job. We are very happy with the results and work that was done. Fair price.
