Worst experience ever. Took my car in for oil change and literally waited over 4 hours and my car was ready in two and was never told. I had to ask for an update on my car and than the service advisor told me it was already done and was in the front exit parked . When I questioned how long it was it already done he said over two hours ago . Very unprofessional. Than I walk over to give the paper to the attendant and he was walks away leaving the plastic for the seat and paper for the mats. I asked for a manager and was told ... read more

Friendly team got my CR-V service done while I worked at Starbucks a few blocks away. I'm looking forward to hanging out in their new building when I come back next time. Easy to make the appt, good folks, and free service for two years on my new Honda - all is good here!

Awful. Last time I brought my car in someone from the service department stole my pepper spray from my car. This time I noticed crumbs on the passenger side. When I smelled them it was clear someone was eating fried chicken in my car. I brought a warranty so I can’t go to another mechanic. They tried to get me to spend $681 when I just wanted an oil change. I reported the incident to a chat on Hondas site but no one has gotten back to me.
