If you have a home you want to move in our Park we will do that also. Our lot rent ranges from $310 to $330 a month. It's a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet community. Our neighbors and us look out for one another... like a family. We have 3 small children and a grandchild. They can play without concern. The park itself has tremendous opportunity for growth and beauty. We love living just outside of town. We have an amazing yard... as do many others here. I love the fact that New Century Estates is within city limits, but feels like living in the country. It's affordable, peaceful & beautiful!
