Incredible service and products. I’ll be using new century on all future projects, especially after how they handled an installation issue we had. Within 2 days the issue was resolved and the client was happy.

From Taryn at the showroom, to the pros that came out to install this process was perfect. The product was just as we had picked, the holes for the backsplash receptacles were cut with precision and the finish of the installation was clean and on-time. I don't remember how we found New Century but I am so glad we did. After getting terrible customer service in nearly every aspect of our new build (including shipping for counter tops else were) it felt so good to talk with someone who cared about their work. From the sales team in house, to the fabricator who installed the counters, the service was just amazing.
