They don't answer the phone (I've been calling and leaving messages for a week) and then I went up there today and knocked on the door and this old lady was not very polite and when I asked if they had the rental still available all she said was "2 weeks" and when I asked why no one has called me back she shut the door on me.
lived here 3 years. eleanor signs papers as this ginny boling lady but they refuse to give us her number. Also they refuse to give receipts to us for rent and will not sign the money order. we moved from 147 to 114 in jan that's beside charlie and eleanor. since then our car had 6k damage done to it after they claimed my husbands exhaust was too loud. then they told us to take a kiddie pool down but 6 other families including unit 143 have one and eleanor claims we are not allowed but they are like what? we are being discrim... read more
The owner leads females in believing he is single to get them to sleep with him then find out he lied and I have recordings he can't deny his own voice he gives good men bad rap
they don't care about their residents just the money they can make I have lived here for 15 years and in the last 3 or 4 years it has went down hill fast
It's peaceful and good neighbors. We enjoy setting outside Watchung our garden grow.
