I cannot understate how awful working with this company has been. I first signed the contract with them around last thanksgiving to replace 7 windows and a sliding glass door. I was told that they’d likely be in by January but February at the latest. That didn’t happen. Getting updates at this stage was like pulling teeth. They hardly would reply and when I did get a reply, they’d just say they didn’t know. Finally, in April they finally get the windows, but the door was still not ready. This was the absolute worst contractor experience we have ever had. If we had not already paid a deposit and signed a contract we would never have let them touch our roof. After already being later than expected, they no showed 4 times. They told me that someone had come to our house and shoveled the snow off our roof when they hadn't. When they did finally send someone the family did not speak one word of English and two of the workers were teenagers. Very professional estimator with accurate square footage from satellite imagery. He made sure I understood the steps needed to ensure a high quality roof. Only the top underlayment materials are used with a 50 year shingle. This ensures that the roof will outlive me and not have to be replaced in another 20 years. To me, it’s worth paying a little more and forgetting about ever needing another roof.
