They were very nice and came the same day I called. And the tech was very nice and informative and answered all the questions. My sister and I had! He cleaned the furnace and was very polite and professional! Thank you! 😊

They came within an hour of me calling. They were really nice and very informative about my furnace. They fixed it the same day for $60. They also offered a free maintenance cleaning every year for not only my furnace, but also my air conditioner the man that came to service. My furnace was very clean polite and he cleaned his mess up before he left. This is an amazing company and I’m very happy with the service that I received. I look forward to using them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Called Jake's heating and cooling and they came over and checked the furnace and said that we needed a new furnace for around 7,500. Called my son and he called New Castle heating and cooling and Elijah came right over and checked the furnace. Not only do we not need a new furnace, but putting the part on is only going to cost around 300 . People out there please be careful when choosing services! Elijah told us this happens all the time when people call Jake's! What a Con!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about New Castle Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration. Our regular HVAC technician was out of town, and on an extremely hot July day, Jason showed up as quickly as possible and delivered truly phenomenal service. Truck pulled out literally right in front of me and proceeded to immediately turn left. He didn't even have 3 car lengths before I was at the intersection doing 30. Based off illegal stop and driving skills and clearly always in a hurry I would want them touching my system
