The team here at The Willows is a team that truly cares about the residents and their families. The activities that are offered to the residents are always a good time with a lot of laughter and socialization. The cleanliness of the facility is a notch above any facility I have ever been in. I am older and had some issues with my balance. With a couple falls, I came to The Gardens of Green Ridge for Step Down, for additional rehab. The place is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I have no complaints with The Gardens. The staff treats me with respect and are very friendly. The food is good. With my condition it is a very good place to be. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The Gardens is awesome. I would recommend to anyone! They know what they are doing, and they're very patient. When they tell you they will do something for you they do it.
I am a resident of The Gardens of Green Ridge, and it is a place worth checking out. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is excellent, homemade. When staff is helping me with daily tasks, they treat me with dignity and respect.
Excellent staff, wonderful management and the cleanliness facility I’ve been in!! Would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
Arrived there from the hospital on a Friday at 1030 am for physical therapy rehab. Told It wouldn't start until the following Monday at which time I would see a physical therapist. Spoke to a director of nursing. Told her that was unacceptable and asked to be transferred out of the facility. She had a physical therapy assistant see me then. My father was a patient at this facility. He was treated very well. The facility is clean, and smells fresh as soon as you enter. The lady at sign in is very nice. My father and his room were always clean and he was also. The entire staff I encountered were pleasant and communicated well, informing us of any issues. My wife entered Autumn Care in Shallotte N.C. sick. weak and in need of nourishment & physical therapy. She became strong & self sufficient in a little over 2 weeks. She was fed in a way that was so healthy & attractive that she is able to handle most all her personal needs. She was treated with respect & loving care. Any one needing rehabilitation would do well trusting Autumn Care in Shallotte N.C. for their recovery.
