Bought used bike from them last spring (2019) first day, caught on fire. Two weeks later broke down was in shop for 3 weeks and hundreds of dollars later. So now I have 500+ dollars in it before first payment. They offered to pay half of repair cost. I wasn't giving to them so I took it elsewhere. Forward to now, just lost a lifter and cams and cam plates and filled crank with metal shavings. Keep in mind, they replaced the cams 2000 miles before I got it. Local riding only. So, I'm into another couple grand to get it fixed.... read more
The worst experience ever. After spending few thousand on parts for my new bike, they froze and canceled all my orders. That's how they treat new customers. Started thinking why did I just buy a new Harley, if that's how Harley treat their new customers who wants to spend more money on their bikes! Beware!
