Was 15 min late for my appointment. I was a work in for constant nausea, constant bleeding and pain and was rufused service til four hours later even though I came from an hour and a half away. Leaving a patient in pain with uncontrolled bleeding if definitely a way to keep patients that have been coming here for years! This was on top of my symptoms being brushed off by my nurse practitioner as well. Pitiful coming from someone who also works in health care.
Been coming here for years. Last year the doctor I saw for yearly physical ignored everything I said and all of my concerns to get through the checklist they have. This year they text me that my appointment has to be rescheduled. They also called my husband to reschedule his. This happens ALMOST EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Why? What’s the point of scheduling appointments a year in advance if your office is rarely ever able to actually KEEP those appointments. 5 appointments scheduled here once every 6 months for medication purposes....all 5 at the last moment rescheduled by the doctors office after I get the phone call for confirmation of the appointment(s) I'm a traveling employee I can't just "Reschedule" every time for YOU. Your offices in New Castle are an ABSOLUTE JOKE and I will NEVER recommend you to anyone. Everyone should turn to a different town as they are not reliable at all!
