The providers are wonderful. Though, sometimes it is very hard to get ahold of the office. I've left multiple voicemails with optical... with no return phone call.
They do not do emergency eye care!!
I have good experience with eye doctor and his staff!! They good people!!
I've called numerous times and left a message each time and no one called me back, now im really in need, someone answers and have the audacity to say she can schedule cuz i had 3 no shows last year, so im no mind reader so i cant predict when they schedule me, its been almost 2yrs since i been there and also talked to a person.
