Not going back. I went and asked for a perscription and haven't received it yet. I went in on Monday and this is Friday. First they couldn't find the file and said they would email it to me. Still haven't got it. They used to be good.
One of the worst places I've seen in a while very shady office staff, billing ,receptionist, and doctors , doctors should be aware of transparency of office staff , prices are awful, phone call backs are not happening. Stay away from this place.
Very hard to get a hold of anyone here. Even after calling several times and leaving several messages, no return call. When I finally did speak with someone, they were booked for 3 months. I went elsewhere for my eye needs.
This was my first time here and the staff and the doctor were sooooooo very nice ...made my experience wonderful. The doctor actually listened to my concerns i had about my eyes!
Long wait time, everything is open so not really any privacy and one more thing they never answer the phone you have to physically stop in office.
