The EMT that took care of me after my recent fall, during which I dislocated my shoulder, and was transported to the emergency room was kind, professional and calming. He explained everything before it happened and had excellent skills. He started an IV for me on the 1st attempt, often it takes 3-4. Sherman did everything in his knowledge and power to provide the best care possible. I am very grateful!
