New Castle Constructs is great! They were the only people who actually went up and got on our roof and assessed our shingles by hand. Everyone else just flew a drone. We had a water leak and old shingles so the roof needing serious updating. They provided photo and video evidence of shingle damage and gave their recommendation which was very reasonable. I had a great experience working with Adonis on my roof replacement. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the approval process, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Adonis was always responsive to my questions and clearly very knowledgeable about every step involved. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend!
