Instead, it turned into one of the worst, most expensive mistakes of my life. The owner told me he had pulled all the necessary permits — that was a lie. Very professional company, did my roof and interior work. If I need work done I will go with them again.
New Castle recently replaced my roof, and it looks amazing. I was dreading going through this process, but the customer service from New Castle was top tier. Forkwa went above and beyond working with my insurance company and kept me in the loop during the process. The professionalism from the owners to the installers was impeccable. I would definitely reccomend them for a quality outcome.
