This place is great if you are on welfare but if you work, you are treated as a number. They will bleed you dry even though they are getting opioid money from the government. When you can’t pay, they throw you out. Doesn’t pay to work. All about money!!!

Been going here 15+ years. Well actually in cranberry 1st, then here at NC. In all that time, I've come to realize this: they don't need us. We need them. They have ALL the leverage, we have none. That being said, I would suggest getting down on your knees and thanking God that you have the option here in NC of Discovery House. Would u rather go back to criming, sick every other day.. Ugh. Not me. If u follow the rules, such as showing up during dosing hours,etc u will have no issues.
