This is my go-to for all my maintenance needs- oil change, inspection, brakes, etc. They have early appointments which is really helpful, and they always charge a fair price for the service. I most recently used them for brakes on my Tesla Model S and they were less than half the price of the dealer, and MUCH better service too. We also use them every year for our inspections, which is very convenient.
Been there twice. Never going back. The mechanic is rude and tells you things are “not my problem” when you ask a question. And to be clear, I wasn’t arguing about anything, I was asking questions about the service and how long it may take—you know, normal questions. Don’t expect your car problems to be solved here because, “it’s not my problem.”
