Great work and communication. Repair was fast and efficient. This is an actual autobody repair shop, not just a part'n'paint place like many larger shops.
Dishonest, cannot be trusted, bad business. I left them an honest negative review following my Experience with them. They then began leaving multiple negative reviews on my personal business, which they’ve never received a service from.
Highly recommend Ram at New Castle Auto for any car body repair work. His prices were the most reasonable of any shop I contacted, and his work is fantastic! I needed a bumper replacement and he estimated the job to take 4-5 days, but then got it done in 2 days. Thanks Ram!!

Not enough good things can be said about Ram at New Castle Auto. He did a fantastic job repairing some bodywork on my vehicle, made it look brand new again.
