Called to euthanize my terminally ill dog and the lady was rude. She was not helpful with scheduling and told me I had to have an exam visit before they put my dog down because the vet hasn't seen her in 18 months. What in the world would I need an exam for, first? They couldn't get me in for days. I ended up going with a vet in town that was willing to take me the same night and didn't require us to pay for an exam visit and we've never taken our dog there before, I felt like in the past the lady who answers tries to up sel... read more
