if i could give them 0 stars i would. First of all, they never hava anyone available to pick up the phones so that right there is a big problem because you can't get help through the phone. Second, when you live a voicemail, they supposed to call you back right? well that never happens. Please, I am warning y'all if you really need help don't go there.
Worst place to go see a doctor. The doctors over there don't take time to explain things to you, and when you complain about pain they just ignore you and don't do nothing. I went there for a follow up and waited 3 hours before the nurse called me in. It took them a week just fill a physical form while I already had all my tests done.
I havent even gone here and I can already leave a horrible review because I have been attempting to make an appointment but literally no answer on the phone ever. I left a voicemail but nothing. They are listed as open, yet it doesn't seem so.
Doctor Karen Mones. Best doctor in the whole entire world. I am bless to have her as my kids primary doctor. Love her!
