I requested a quote and after a few days with no reply I sent a follow up email. I never got a reply. Perhaps they are not interested in the job but at least have the courtesy to let the customer know instead of keeping them waiting. For a company that doesn’t return emails means it doesn’t really care about their customers. Don’t use them!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. UNRELIABLE. ALEX MADE NUMEROUS EXCUSES. I have an investment property in Burnaby and called Alex earlier in the week to schedule an appointment for today, Thursday, July 23rd at 11:00am. This was confirmed throughout the week. I took the morning off of work to meet Alex and got to my place at 10:15am. I waited and waited over an hour until 11:35am. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Alex and his team prepped, painted and cleaned the interior of my home on schedule. I am delighted to recommend New Castle Painting BC and will hire them again to do the exterior of my home this summer. Thank you for the quality service.
