So I called these guys up to fix my washing machine.. dudes comes and looks at said he could fix it for 460 bucks ..I’m like wow that’s a lot but felt like I ain’t have much choice plus I really wanted fix. He said all it needed was a new belt . 1st time he supposedly fixed it is still didn’t work.. I typically write reviews when there is really great service and when there is really poor service. I wanted to write this review so others to beware. I felt like we got scammed and wasted $300 on a repair service for nothing. The technician would not call us back. We had to chase him down to come back. It was my 1st time using a repair service and I picked them because of the positive reviews. Apparently this is repair company that using "local techs". The scheduler refused to even give an approximate outside range for the cost of a repair. I don't want to pay $69.99 for an estimate only to be told it's tdx times that for a fix and have the worker basically be paid $70 for nothing. There's no honest reason not to say, "Repairs typically run from $70 to $200, but could be higher." Also, the scheduler was rude about the whole thing.
