We spoke with both Sam and Mike during two visits to the store to decide how to update our basement stairway. Both gave the information we needed with no pressure. We ended up going with carpeting, and they were very flexible in booking the job according to our schedule. The installers did a great job and cleaned up everything. Mike gave us a call to make sure everything went well. We would definitely do business with this company again.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars,Mike was very professional zero pressure on the sales decided to go with them and they came through big time ,replaced carpet in the whole bedroom area so it was a decent size job especially moving all the furniture etc, the installers were very professional efficient and all around great job would highly recommend. I had the best customer service from them. The work that they did on my floors for my salon is impeccable. It looks amazing such clean work and now I will hire Them for all of my future floor services. If you choose to hire them for any of your services you will not be disappointed . I am so happy with the work.
